General Information;

All of our residential business is directed through
contractors at some point of the project,be it at the
beginning, or after the design is done. If you have a
project you would like help on, you are always free to
call us for help. We do not sell to the retail customer.
We will assist in heat losses and a degree of design but
will involve a contractor and a wholesaler for the sale of
goods, preferably, one who stocks our products. If we
do not have a stocking wholesaler in your area, we will
work with the wholesaler of your choice to complete the
sale.

From time to time we may have an end user contact us
with a set of plans and eventually ask for the name of a
local contractor. While we have never "favored" one
contractor in this instance, we do try and provide
multiple names. While we cannot guarantee the quantity
of legitimate leads to the trade, we would be happy to
add your company to our list. If you choose to do so,
please e-mail us your complete company contact
information so may add it to our database.

We also offer training courses on various subjects
throughout the year that are open to contractors as well
as wholesalers, these courses are not open to the
general homeowner, this is our way of keeping our
industry educated and being able to offer the end user
the best possible upgrades to their homes. Those
course dates and times are generally published on
various websites as well as posted at wholesale
locations and may be faxed to you if you have been a
student in the past, they will now also be published on
this website.

If you are a COMMERCIAL contractor, we have
products that we will quote directly to you, some may
still require a wholesaler for the sale, others may not, it
generally is dependent on the product line. If you are in
